Too cute, Sherlock is grabbing onto John's robe like a child grabbing onto their parent's clothes so they don't get lost. It's kind of symbolic of their relationship, the way Sherlock is dependent on John for many things, even if he doesn't like to outwardly admit it. Also, those mugs are adorable.
